Below are some frequently asked questions. Please contact [email protected] with any other questions.
Individuals working within Primary Health Networks, Local Hospital Networks and jurisdictional health departments, who have a License Agreement with the Australian Government Department of Health, are eligible to become a licensed user. If you are employed by one of these organisations and would like to check whether the organisation has a License Agreement in place, please email your query to [email protected]
New users can register their interest in the NMHSPF training program by filling out a Request access form online. We will assess your eligibility and be in touch with you shortly. Current licensed users should contact [email protected] if they would like access to the training program.
We strongly encourage new users to complete the training within a 3-month timeframe. Please contact us at [email protected] if you are not able to finish within this timeframe. This time limit does not apply to existing licensed users.
There are two dedicated NMHSPF teams available to be contacted depending on your query.
The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare – [email protected]
The University of Queensland – [email protected]
