28 Aug 2007 - Corrections to estimates affect three tables in this report. These do not result in any changes to the discussion.

• Table S.2 and Table 7.8: estimates of sensitivity by RAC event type The same corrections are required in these two tables. All sensitivity estimates other than those for the Total have small changes. These affect the only first decimal place of the estimates except for the Social leave category.
  • Note also that the Sources in Table S.2 should indicate Table 7.3 only.
• Table 7.5: numbers of true matches by hospital mode of separation The numbers of true matches were entered incorrectly for the last three columns in Table 7.5 for all but the BSESLA strategy. Other numbers in the table are not affected.
