24 Nov 2008 - A correction has been made to the text in 'Trend', Section 2.3, page 12, shown in bold below.

• Corrections have also been made to the format of Figure 2.1, page 13, Figure 3.1, page 17 and Figure 3.2, page 18. The data remains unchanged. These figures have been reprinted to allow for easier reference against the y-axis.  
• 'The age-standardised incidence rate of confinements with GDM among women aged 15-49 years increased by 22% over 6 years: from 3.6 per 100 confinements in 2000-01 to 4.4 per 100 confinements in 2005-06 (Figure 2.1, Table A2.1).'
